In regards to my order #2238447683
It was supposed to be a sofa...and it does not even look like a love seat
I am missing parts and spent two hours putting it together. I am so so
dissapointed with this! There were no toss pillows...(they were supposed to come with it) and it is missing
some washers and t-nuts. now it is half together in my living room and I have to wait for the rest.
I hate it...the arms are so low that you can't even rest on it sitting down. I don't even know where to begin to
return it and really don't want to take it all apart again!

I have ordered several items from Wayfair over the past few years. On at least 2 occasions I've had an issue with the item ordered. Both times customer service was extremely helpful and solved the problem immediately. Could not have asked for better service. Thank you

11/30/2016 Wayfair - I have rang customer service twice to tell them
I have rang customer service twice to tell them I'm not home till thursday30th Nov . So customer services told me they would deliver the bed frame and the mattress on that date. Only to find when I get home Wednesday, my next door neighbour has the mattress in their hall. This is not except-able . I have rang Panther the delivery people you use, they say they don't know what I'm talking about. No help from anyone what was the point of ringing twice if ignored , I can't ask them to carry mattress to my house how dare they deliver a large item to another address. Ca't wait to see where they will deliver the bed frame tomorrow.ref:2288301532 for bed.

11/8/2016 Wayfair - I ordered three sets of bed sheets. Two
I ordered three sets of bed sheets. Two delivered, which I really liked. Better than showed on their website.
Third one came wrong color. Called the customer service. Very short hold. customer service rep was very helpful and courteous. Rep reordered the same item and again it came wrong color. Called customer service and again very helpful. Wayfair gave me a full refund for that item and advised me I did not have to return them.
I liked the experience in dealing with customer service reps.

10/24/2016 Wayfair - I ordered a bed and a mattress cover on my phone.
I ordered a bed and a mattress cover on my phone. But when I looked at it again to check my order it was a toddler bed . What I was needing was a bed for my son he is 10 years old . So I declined the order and one of your customer service Rep. The Customer Service lady said I would be receiving my money in 3-4 business days. I haven't received my refund yet.
