Driver showed up, said my destination was out of his, way and cancelled the trip. Told me I wouldn't be charged. Lo and behold, $5 cancellation fee appears on my credit card. No one to speak to, went to help.uber.com, selected my issue, indicated driver cancelled, should be no fee and get a message"Luckily you weren't charged for this trip". That's as far as I can get. The fee isn't the problem, it's the fact this company thinks they can rip me off at will. Cancelled my account and will NEVER use them again!! I give them negative stars by the way.
