IKEA USA is the worse customer service company worldwide. I have experience with IKEA in Europe and Asia and the difference is indescribably huge! The Americans are just not customer oriented, which is fine as long as they are trained and supervised how to do better jib. And IKEA should be very careful specially in their Brooklyn store, as they are loosing plenty of clients already. They lost me here - that's for sure. I feel bad for the store - it's my favorite brand and I really want to see them the way they are present in other parts of the world. Wish them all the best.
