The rep I had was not very helpful. Unfortunately I didn't get her name. Sounded like she was busy with something else because she kept muting herself & I had to say hello, what do I do next. She was not very interested in helping me, altho she did a bit. She apparently got tired of waiting for me to finish the setup on my iPhone & transferred me to the queue again. My replacement phone is still not working properly. Won't ring or alert me . Not happy.
