Absolutely worthless company the first claim I filed last year for my husbands phone took three months for them to send a phone. Trying to file a claim for myself and they send an email stating that "unfortunately we are unable to accept your Submitted Documentation. If you provided an email address please check your email for more details"Four days later and still no email with "more details". Will be canceling insurance Asurion used to be a good company to deal with had great customer service no hassles and was timely what happened?
