We checked in at a busy kiosk where there was little help. Somewhere in process a box was mistakenly checked to pay an additional $35 each for advanced boarding. Really? Thirty-five additional dollars, in addition for paying to check luggage, so I can stand in the plane 5 minutes earlier to find my seat? That's a planned scam stacked upon the antiquated load by zone concept if I've ever seen one. This "customer dissatisfaction" feature is another reason I fly Southwest unless there's no alternative, & there wasn't. If I check in early, I get a good choice of seats. If I don't, I don't.
