On Sunday 5/21/2017. Could not pre check when leaving Sacramento, could not log into kiosk to retrieve boarding pass, customer service agent tried what we tried and then we had to call customer service. Then after having reserved seats when we retrieved our boarding passes no seats were assigned. We were all separated and the guy at the counter in LAX said "you should be glad you are on the plane" and continued to talk about it after we proceeded to board. I have never experienced such terrible customer service or such unprofessional staff as I did with American Airlines. I will NOT recommend or use American Airlines again.
