When I did the update for Audible I lost my audible library and Amazon. I tried there directions online but it did not work. I contacted them and 8-9 people late the problem was resolved. The customer care representatives are polite but it should not take this many transfers to resolve an issue. When I spoke to a supervisor to make her aware it was pretty apparent that I am not valued as a customer. Amazon, I have bee a good customer but I am looking for another place to take my business. Very disappointed ! Horribly customer service!
